Valveless Filter
WFL Valveless Filter
Working Principle of WFL Valveless Filter:
Water flows into filter through distributing box, then filtrate flows to Washing Tank and flow out through connecting pipe.
The water in ascension pipe of siphon pipe going up makes the air away from the down pipe of siphon when resistance increased. The air would go into the atmosphere. When the water goes up to the assistant siphon pip nozzle, water flows out. Water in Ascension Pipe and down pipe goes up at the same time when the air is pumped from the siphon. The stream is formed in the siphon. The water in the washing tank is backwashed through the filter layer. The wastewater is discharged into the well. The backwashing will stop when the water level is lower than washing tank’s level. The filtrating will start again.
Applications of WFL Valveless Filter:
(1) Wastewater treatment of circulating cooling in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy and textile industries.
(2) Water treatment in waterworks.
(3) Pretreatment of softening and desalting.
(4) Purify natatorium and fountain.
